- Standard shipping is provided for any state in the United States, with the exception of Hawaii and Alaska
- Packages arrive within 3 – 8 business days
- For overnight or second day shipping, call 239-206-4460 (store) to arrange during store hours, Monday – Saturday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- If you live in Hawaii, Alaska or Canada you can call the store to place the order over the phone.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
- ALL HAT ORDERS CANNOT BE RETURNED AND ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
- Full priced merchandise, with the exception of hats, can be returned or exchanged within 6 months from the purchase date, providing that the item(s) are not damaged. Marilyn’s reserves the right to decide if a return qualifies as a return.
- Final Sale Policy: Final sale products are not eligible for exchanges or returns.
If you choose to return an item(s) please follow this procedure:
- Call 239-206-4460 to request a return or exchange. You will be instructed on how to return the item(s) by UPS or priority mail.
- After the return or exchange item is received at the store with the method provided for your “return request” you will be called or emailed about credit being applied to the original credit card used for the purchase.
If you live in the state of Florida, you will be charged Florida sales tax.
If you live in any other state in the United States, you will not be taxed.
